Own Barbara Strozzi's entire oeuvre! Includes the full volumes of Opus 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, and the works without Opus number, as well as 5.13-add: Oleum effusum est and Psalm 21/22.

Primarily for Soprano or small ensembles and basso continuo (our scores do not include keyboard realization or elaboration), though several pieces include parts for two viols/violas/violins.

Each of our full volumes includes facsimile samples from the original print, critical introductory notes on the work, editorial procedures, original Italian or Latin texts with new English translations, and historically correct modern transcription, with special attention given to ease of page turns and clarity of spacing.
